The rights of the people are attached to the testimony, so the Shariah has set the standard for the qualification of the witness. Testimony is a Shariah command and an act of worship. In this article, the Islamic point of view regarding the judicial testimony of a non-Muslim will be explained in order to illuminate whether the judicial testimony of a non-Muslim is acceptable in Islam or not.</p><p>The conditions for acceptance the testimony of a non-Muslim will be stated and the views of Muslim jurists regarding the judicial testimony of a non-Muslim will also be explained.</p> ER -
