The study delves into various dimensions of children's rights, encompassing the right to life, education, a nurturing environment, identity, play, inheritance, protection from abuse, the freedom to choose a spouse, and religious freedom. These rights are examined in light of the Islamic tradition, emphasizing the ethical and moral responsibilities of parents and guardians. The research highlights the holistic approach of Islam toward children's well-being, promoting a balanced and nurturing upbringing. While acknowledging the cultural variations in the interpretation and implementation of these rights, the review emphasizes the universal principles underlying the protection and welfare of children in the Islamic framework.
