Abstract

The code of ethics given by the Islamic Sharia in this regard is very comprehensive and in accordance with the natural needs of human beings. Solitude has a special significance in human life and has the status of right in the general human society. It causes tension and heartache in a person's personal and social relationships and sometimes carelessness or negligence in the exercise of this right can also damage the social integrity, violation of liberty, destructive effects on married lives can cause family systems to collapse. Cyber ​​technology has made it easier for people to access their privacy. While it is the privacy, having the right to protect it makes life enjoyable, and it is a guarantee of the protection of human dignity. On the other hand, revealing one's loneliness, whether individual, at the collective or governmental level, causes psychological insecurity and instability in societies and the consequences can be irreparable. Violation of a person's right to privacy is unauthorized surveillance using closed circuit cameras or any other device using modern technology is also considered against the right to privacy. It also includes unauthorized handling of people's personal matters such as wallets, personal documents, computers or personal belongings.
